Taiwan Coastal and Wetland Crabs

The latest in an excellent series of pocket-sized guides - the others being Birds, Butterflies, Frogs, Trees, Reptiles, Flowers, Dragonflies and Beetles. This one authored by Liu hong-chang and Wang jia-siang.

An attractive and useful field guide to 45 crab species to be found along Taiwan’s coast and wetlands. Arranged by family; clear color pictures; diagrams highlighting unique morphology and characteristics - a useful outline, markings and scale of each species’ carapace (that’s the main ‘shell’) included. Main text in Chinese with scientific and English names listed.
